IT support that leaves a record,
not just a reassurance.

We look after the computers, servers, networks and cloud accounts your business runs on — and we show you exactly what we did. Monitoring, security and a helpdesk that picks up, all delivered on a platform we built ourselves.

Track record

We have been here for the bad years, not just the good ones

22 years in business, through two events that took our clients’ industries apart. Who we were working with at the time says more than anything we could claim.

2004Independent, and still here
2008Stood by real estate and loan offices through the crash
2020Kept medical practices running on the front lines of COVID

We have always worked with the people who needed the most help, at the moment they needed it — not at the moment it was most profitable. More about how we got here.

Capabilities

Everything your business needs from an IT department

Whether you have no internal IT at all or a team that needs the heavy lifting taken off them, we cover the whole surface — and we are explicit about where our responsibility starts and ends.

Helpdesk & day-to-day support

One number, one email, one portal. Your staff get a human who already knows your environment, because our documentation is part of the same system as our ticketing.

  • Phone, SMS, email and portal intake
  • Remote support built into the agent
  • Onsite when remote won’t do

Managed infrastructure

Servers, workstations, networking and cloud — monitored continuously, patched on a schedule you approve, and documented as we go rather than at audit time.

  • Windows, macOS and Linux endpoints
  • UniFi network management
  • Backup monitoring and restore testing

Security that gets used

Not a compliance binder. Multi-factor everywhere, local admin rights removed, email security that holds up, and alerting that reaches a person.

  • MFA and passkey rollout
  • Local admin rights removal
  • Tested backup and recovery

Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace

Tenant administration, licensing, identity and mailbox management — including the joiner/mover/leaver process that quietly causes most access problems.

  • Onboarding and offboarding runbooks
  • License and cost review
  • Active Directory and cloud identity

Onboarding & offboarding

A new hire request becomes a tracked ticket with a checklist, not a Slack message someone hopes gets picked up. Departures get the same rigour, which matters more.

  • Self-service new user requests
  • Account, license and device provisioning
  • Verified access removal on exit

Planning & budgeting

Regular reviews of what you own, what it costs, what is about to age out and what we would do about it — so IT spend stops arriving as a surprise.

  • Asset and lifecycle tracking
  • Renewal and license visibility
  • Roadmap and budget reviews

Why us

Three things that make us different

Plenty of providers can keep the lights on. These are the reasons clients stay.

We build our own tooling

The platform is ours, not a reseller badge

Our monitoring agent, ticketing system, documentation platform and client portal are software we wrote and operate. When something needs to change, we change it — we are not waiting on a vendor’s roadmap, and we are not paying for a feature you will never use.

  • Fixes and features ship on our schedule
  • Your data lives in systems we control and can explain
  • No per-seat surcharge for the tools we happen to like

Visibility, not mystery

You can see the work

Every ticket, every device, every change is recorded and available to you. Most IT relationships fail because the client cannot tell what they are paying for. Ours is built the other way round — the record is the product.

  • Client portal for submitting and tracking tickets
  • Documented assets, networks and procedures
  • Clear history of what was changed and when

Local, and answering

Southern California, on the phone

We are not a national call center routing you to whoever is free. You get people who have been in your building, know your users by name and can be there when remote is genuinely not going to fix it.

  • Onsite support across the region
  • The same engineers, not a rotating queue
  • Straight answers about what we can and cannot do

Who we work with

Small and mid-sized organizations that cannot afford IT to be a mystery

Professional services, healthcare, non-profits, property and light manufacturing — organizations big enough that downtime costs real money, small enough that a full internal IT department is not the right answer.

No internal IT

We are the department — strategy, support and everything between.

A stretched IT team

We take monitoring, patching and after-hours off their plate so they can do the work only they can do.

Changing providers

We have done a lot of transitions. We document first, then change things — in that order.

Growing fast

Onboarding that scales past the point where someone’s spreadsheet stops working.

Tell us what’s not working.

A short conversation is usually enough for both of us to know whether this is a fit. No obligation, and we will say so if we are not the right people.
